Frequently Asked Questions

iBicycle is a mobile bike shop so maintenance can take place at your home, if that works for you. We can also pick up your bike at a convenient location(e.g. home, work) and return it after maintenance is complete.

1. Use the Services page to select the type of service you require.

2. We will contact you using Email or by phone according to your preference to obtain additional details.  

3. A staff member will confirm time and will arrive at your location on schedule to perform the maintenance.
